Gifts from our baby Grace, diagnosed with occipital encephalocele at 20 weeks.
Psalm 139:13-16
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

We just saw grace! She is now in the nicu. She did great! The surgery was a great success! Thank you so much for your prayers! We are so very thankful.
Praise be to God!! Praying for Grace she is recovering and resting! Continuing to pray for your hearts to be filled with peace during this time of rejoicing!
My heart is full of joy and thankfulness to read this news!!! I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter, Grace, so as you can imagine I feel especially connected to your story. You are right, we serve an amazing God who can take on any problem of this world.
Praising God for this fantastic news! You've never met me but my friend Sharon goes to church with you. We will continue to pray for Grace and your family!
I am a wife, momma, and pediatric nurse. My daughter Grace was born March 4, 2011, and she is an awesome little girl! She has special needs (see my link "Grace's Story"). Our second baby, Micah, is due March 31, 2014. My prayer for our family is that God would use us to draw others nearer to Him. This blog is dedicated to my journey with motherhood.
That is absolutely amazing news! So glad to hear it! Hope her recovery is smooth and quick! Love from the Sams
