Psalm 139:13-16

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

Thank you

I realized recently that I have never officially thanked you, my blog readers, for your support for our family.  I met a blog reader, Amy, Friday night, and she said that she has been praying for Grace for a long time.  I do not know Amy personally, but am so thankful we got to meet!

I am humbled and deeply moved by the support, love, comments, concern, and most importantly prayers, offered by SO many...family, friends, and strangers literally all over the world...for our family and especially our precious Grace.  God has used you to be His hands and feet to our family.

Thank you will never be enough, but THANK YOU.  Thank you for every prayer.  Keep them coming!  Our precious girl has much to do for her Father!  :)  Love to you all!

Ten Months

Grace, you are 10 months old!  I cannot believe we are SO close to celebrating your first birthday!  Your life is nothing short of a miracle!  I am SO thankful to be your momma!

Updates on Miss Grace...
-she is wearing size 4 diapers, and size 12-18 month clothes
-she is finally eating a good amount of fruit per day, and she still loves vegetables (she eats about 1 thing of fruit and 2 things of vegetables per day, along with her bottles)
-she goes to bed around 8 every night, and will sleep until 8 or 8:30 every morning (unless we have to wake her up to be somewhere)
-she goes to PT every Wednesday and OT every Thursday...she is doing great with therapy!  Her therapists gave her A's this week!
-she continues to roll from her back to her tummy, but has only rolled from her tummy to her back one time
-she can sit on her own (unsupported), although she is still a little shaky
-she can hold and kind of shake a rattle
-in PT, we are working on her being able to get to a sitting position on her own and balancing
-in OT, we are working on holding things for longer periods of time, and shaking her rattle in front of her instead of beside her, as well as getting her to use her right hand more
-she is doing better and better with tummy time!
-she loves all of her new toys she got for Christmas...her favorites are her baby dolls, animals, and Vtech toys
-she is putting her paci back in her mouth on her own more and more
-she is continuing to talk more and more...she said "momma" on Christmas Eve, and makes sounds with d's and g's
-she has a new love of one of her blankets...it's minky dot on one side and satin on the other side
-her hair is growing like crazy!
-she loves to shake her head and kick her legs/feet
-she is making a new very high-pitched noise that is so funny
-she is drooling like crazy...maybe she will get a tooth this month!

I know this one is a little blurry, but I love this face!  Sometimes when she smiles and is really happy, she scrunches up her face!

We are SO in love with this little girl, and thank God for her everyday!  She is our blessing, our precious miracle, our beautiful little girl!

Little Ballerina

Here's our little ballerina...our almost-10-month-old!  Aaahhh...where has the time gone???  I CANNOT believe she will be a year old in a few short months.

Isn't she simply beautiful??  Our precious Grace.

P.S.  I MUST give credit to Chad for these pictures...aren't they great?!  :)  I know I don't really blog much about him, but he is an amazing father to our sweet girl, and he is more and more in love with Grace everyday.  It's been fun watching him love our little girl!
